Collagen Post-Workout Smoothie

I get asked multiple times a day about what I put in my smoothies so I thought I would share my Post-Workout Shake with you!

I get asked multiple times a day about what I put in my smoothies so I thought I would share my Post-Workout Shake with you! I’m a creature of habit so tend to have the same smoothies everyday - this one is my go-to one because I always have these ingredients stocked.

So here it is:

  • 1 whole banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups of plant-based milk (I use Ripple vanilla flavored milk)
  • Handful of baby spinach (I add this to every smoothie when I can!)
  • 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein (I’m obsessed with Dose & Co’s Protein Powder)
  • 1 Cup of frozen mixed berries

Optional:

  • Ice (the frozen banana and berries are sometimes enough but if you like it cold then toss in a bit of ice too!)
